Welcome to Sure Store. We offer two ways to pay on every order: Full UPI payment and Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD). Full Cash on Delivery is not available.
Full UPI payment: pay the full order amount by UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or any UPI app) and get an extra 2% discount. The QR code on the payment page already has the exact amount filled in.
Partial COD: pay ₹100 online by UPI to confirm your order, and pay the remaining amount in cash when the parcel is delivered. The advance is adjusted against your order total, so it is not an extra charge.
Why an advance? Courier partners charge us extra for cash orders, and when a cash order is refused at the door we also pay for the return shipment. The small advance confirms the order and helps keep prices low for everyone.
If a Partial COD order is refused at delivery without a valid reason, the advance is not refunded, because it covers the forward and return shipping cost. After paying, upload the payment screenshot on your order page so we can verify it quickly.
If you receive a shipment that appears opened, tampered with, or damaged, please do not accept it. Take clear photographs and share them with us immediately.
When receiving your order, we strongly advise you to record a full unboxing video without any cuts. This video is mandatory proof in case of missing or wrong products.
If you find any issue such as a wrong product or missing item, please contact us with proper evidence. Our team will investigate the matter, which may take 3 to 7 working days.
